You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities under your account are your sole responsibility.

Our platform utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) for course delivery, content structuring, automated administrative tasks, and support interactions. You acknowledge that AI is an integral part of the service delivery model.

Payments are processed via Mollie or other authorized third-party providers. You authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.

In accordance with EU VAT rules and the One-Stop Shop (OSS) system, the applicable VAT rate is determined by your country of residence. Prices shown include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise.

If Wolf & Jaguar utilizes automated decision-making to personalize pricing based on specific user profiles, this will be clearly disclosed at the point of sale in accordance with the EU Omnibus Directive.

SHAM is offered as a ticketed digital experience with several access durations. At checkout you choose the ticket that matches your journey:

• Quantum Jump — 7 days of access
• Deep Immersion — 14 days of access
• Full Moon Journey — 30 days of access
• Three Moon Transformation — 90 days of access

Your access period begins on the day payment is received and ends automatically after the number of days associated with your chosen ticket. The ticket you selected, its price and its access duration are confirmed on your invoice and in the confirmation email. Access is strictly personal, non-transferable and cannot be paused or extended beyond the purchased duration. Should you wish to continue your journey after your ticket ends, you may purchase a new ticket at the then-current price.

If you are a consumer residing in the EU or EEA, you have a legal right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

In accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal for digital content is waived only if:

1. The consumer provides prior express consent to begin the performance (delivery of content) during the 14-day withdrawal period; and
2. The consumer expressly acknowledges that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

By ticking the mandatory consent box during the checkout process, you provide this express consent and acknowledgement. Consequently, once you access, stream, or download the digital content, you no longer have the right to a refund or withdrawal.

For services that are not fully performed (e.g., ongoing coaching), if you exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days, you shall be liable to pay an amount proportional to what has been provided until the time you informed us of your withdrawal.

For customers outside the EU/EEA, all sales are final and non-refundable unless mandatory local law in your jurisdiction dictates otherwise.

To exercise your right of withdrawal or request a refund, you must use our online withdrawal form. Refund requests submitted by email will not be processed. The email address legal@wolfandjaguar.com is reserved for complaints and legal matters only. We will provide a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (email) without delay.

Results are subjective and depend on individual application. We make no guarantees regarding specific spiritual, physical, or financial outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wolf & Jaguar’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including emotional distress or loss of data.

You agree to indemnify Wolf & Jaguar against any claims or legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
