What the Realm is

Wolf & Jaguar World is a digital world of stories, lessons and practices. It is offered for learning and reflection. It is not medical, psychological or financial advice, and nothing here diagnoses or treats anything.

Accounts and signing in

An account is free and is what keeps your path saved. There is no password: you open your gate with your first name and your email address, and you sign in again by opening a link sent to that address. Accounts are personal and not for sharing, and an account may be open in at most two browser sessions at the same time.

Your email address is your only key

Because signing in works by email link, continued access to the mailbox you registered is a condition of using the Realm, including anything you paid for. Keeping that mailbox reachable — and updating your address in Settings before you lose it — is your own responsibility. If you can no longer access that mailbox, we cannot verify that an account is yours and we cannot give you, restore or transfer access to it, whether it is free or paid. Losing access to your email is therefore not a defect, not a failure of delivery, and not a ground for a refund, credit or replacement of purchased access, and it falls outside our responsibility and liability. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

What the free account includes

A free account keeps your path saved, gives you 50 Moon Energy each day, opens Realm Home and the Mountains, the Wisdom Academy lessons that are free, and the Mother Tree's coaching.

As part of the free account service, you also receive one substantive personal coaching or reflection letter by email each week, written for where you actually are on your path. This is part of the service itself, not advertising: it carries no offer and no purchase invitation. You can stop the weekly coaching letters at any time with one click in any of them, or in your letter preferences, and account, payment, access and refund notices keep arriving.

Personalised journey letters, world discoveries and occasional offers are separate, and they are never sent unless you have asked for them yourself in the Realm. Agreeing to these terms is not an agreement to receive them.

Free and paid access

Realm Home and the Mountains are free to walk. Full World Access is a one-time purchase that opens the remaining biomes and their places. Content is added and refined over time; the Realm may change how a place looks or reads while keeping the access you paid for.

What Full World Access is, and what it is not

Full World Access is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It is not sold as an unqualified promise of lifetime access: it lasts for the commercial operating lifetime of the relevant platform and product, subject to mandatory law and to these terms. If the platform is discontinued, this is handled as described below and your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.

Full World Access does not mean that every present or future feature is included. It opens the biomes and places described as part of it at the time of purchase, together with what is added to them at our discretion.

Additional Moon Energy may be required to use certain lessons, practices and tools. Selected expeditions, AI sessions, subscriptions and future or premium features may be paid separately. Where something costs Moon Energy or money, the cost is shown before you use it.

Payment, delivery and withdrawal

Prices are shown before payment, including the amount and — for a recurring arrangement — the interval, renewal and how to cancel. Access is digital and is intended to begin immediately after the payment is confirmed. At checkout you separately accept these terms and separately request that immediate performance, which ends the statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun, to the extent applicable law permits. There is no voluntary change-of-mind refund after delivery has begun, and mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected. You can always submit a refund request through the refund form; a valid request is handled within 14 days and returned to the original payment method after staff and provider confirmation.

A one-time purchase is charged once. A subscription renews each interval on the same day until it is cancelled; you can cancel at any time and it then runs to the end of the interval already paid for. If a payment fails, we retry it and write to you; access to the subscription part may pause until it succeeds. Refunds follow this section and mandatory consumer law.

Moon Energy

Moon Energy is a unit for using this platform. It is not money, not a currency, not crypto, not an investment, and it carries no value outside the Realm. It cannot be transferred to another person, sold, or exchanged for cash.

50 Moon Energy arrives each day, it does not stack up while you are away, and the daily amount is always spent before any Moon Energy you bought. Bought Moon Energy is kept in lots with the validity stated at the moment of purchase. The Moon Energy cost of a lesson, practice or session is shown before you spend it.

AI in the Realm

Parts of the Realm — the Mother Tree's guidance and readings, Personal Quests, the Magic Pen, Academy explanations, Master Owl, conversations with the Realm's places and characters, the personalised overview of the short beginning, and some letters — are written with the help of an AI model.

A short notice saying so is written beside those words on the surface itself, wherever they appear. It replaces the card with a confirmation button that earlier versions asked you to press: nothing is hidden behind a confirmation, and no agreement is recorded on your behalf. That the notice was shown is recorded.

AI output can be wrong, incomplete, out of date or unsuitable for your situation. It may invent details, and it does not know you beyond what you have written in the Realm. It is reflection and learning material, not advice, and never a substitute for a doctor, therapist, lawyer or financial adviser. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

AI-assisted words are not reviewed by a person before you read them, and they are not a diagnosis, a treatment, a prediction or a professional opinion. Do not use them to make medical, legal, financial or safety decisions, and do not rely on them for anything urgent.

No spiritual, health, emotional, relational or financial outcome is promised or guaranteed, and nothing here offers unlimited use of the AI features: what a practice or session costs in Moon Energy or money is shown before you use it. What you do with what you read is your own choice and your own responsibility.

Fair use

Please do not copy, resell or redistribute the Realm's stories, lessons, audio or images, and do not attempt to reach paid content without paying for it.

Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms for legal, regulatory, security, technical, service or business reasons. The current version and its effective date are always published on this page.

Material changes are prospective: they take effect on the stated effective date, and we generally give notice of them beforehand or at that date by email or another durable written channel. Minor or non-material changes — corrections, clarifications, formatting — may take effect when they are posted here, without a separate notice.

A notice properly sent to the address on your account is validly given; whether it is delivered, opened or filtered by your provider does not by itself make it invalid. Continued use of the Realm after the effective date may count as acceptance where applicable law permits. Where you do not accept a material change, you may stop using the Realm and, where applicable, terminate.

A change never removes rights you have already accrued retroactively, never overrides mandatory consumer law, and never imposes an unfair one-sided alteration of what you bought. Your mandatory statutory rights always remain.

How the Realm may evolve

The platform and its features may reasonably change, be improved, be reorganised or be retired over time. We aim to keep what has been paid for meaningfully available for the commercial operating lifetime of the product, and we do not arbitrarily remove accrued consumer rights.

Consumer and privacy rights prevail

Where anything in these terms conflicts with mandatory consumer protection or data protection law that applies to you, that law prevails and the rest of these terms continues to apply.
